Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or similar relationship-driven roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interview skills.
• Experience managing a pipeline in CRM/ATS.
• Comfort recruiting for entrepreneurial, commission-based advisor opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential financial advisor candidates through direct outreach and referrals.
• Develop candidate pipelines across four priority areas: career changers, experienced advisors, college candidates, referrals.
• Screen candidates and assess readiness, fit, and readiness for entrepreneurial career.
• Represent Thoroughbred Advisors with confidence, clarity, energy, and honesty.
• Coordinate the recruiting journey across markets and office locations and manage CRM records.
