First Command is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to partner with leadership in identifying hiring needs and driving sourcing strategies. You will manage the candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and deliver timely feedback to attract top talent for Financial Advisor roles.

Join a team focused on growing the advisor force, supporting onboarding, and enhancing recruiting processes. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in competitive roles.
• Preferred 3 years sourcing for sales positions.
• Military background a plus.
• AIRS Internet Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Field Leadership to identify hiring needs.
• Develop and implement sourcing practices to attract top talent.
• Source for talent and manage the interview process.
• Provide timely candidate feedback and nurture relationships.
• Attend industry seminars and stay current on recruiting material.
• Ensure job postings reflect brand and requirements.
• Build vendor relationships to generate qualified applicants.
• Develop and report recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers on pipeline and feedback.
• Design and participate in career events and recruiting campaigns.
• Assist in onboarding and training for Advisors.
