Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Senior Advisor Recruiting Specialist to lead full life cycle recruitment for our advisor teams nationwide. The role includes candidate sourcing, engagement, and onboarding across our offices, with a base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.

You will partner with leadership, leverage AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with marketing to build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure timely hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate or recruiting agency with a financial services focus.
• Proven sourcing and pipeline development across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills for diverse candidate pools.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Decision-making, responsiveness, and sensitivity throughout recruitment.
• Creative thinker with passion for recruitment, diversity, and service.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus.
• Proficiency in MS-Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• AI literacy: using AI tools, crafting prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and leveraging AI in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging a robust pipeline of financial advisors and teams.
• Developing relationships with prospective advisors and guiding them through transitions.
• Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams for vetting and onboarding.
• Working with marketing to create recruitment campaigns and materials.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing regular progress reports.
• Refining strategies based on data and feedback.
