Responsibilities

• Partner with external BD Consultant to recruit advisors into the Kestra Financial Network.
• Uncover and qualify leads through focused calling and email campaigns.
• Host virtual meetings and Tech Demos to inform and engage prospects.
• Connect, network, and build rapport with recruits throughout the process.
• Maintain timely data and activity entry in Salesforce CRM.
• Engage in transition dialogue in early recruitment stages.
• Collaborate with external to grow territory delivering value proposition.
