I am looking for an ambitious individual to join our firm. Your role as a recruiter would be to source and attract top talent in the financial services industry. No prior experience needed.

You will be recruiting individuals to a role where they will provide guidance and solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement distribution planning, insurance services, estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. They will strive to understand their clients' goals in order to develop comprehensive financial solutions that will help their clients reach financial success. Advisors are given the flexibility to build their own book of business while receiving support from our firm’s exceptional network of financial and sales specialists, training and educational programs, and mentoring opportunities.

As a recruiter, a typical day includes:

• Sourcing & Networking for prospective candidates
• Managing back-office operations & candidate pipeline

Compensation:

First year compensation is expected to be $75k+ with no cap. This is a performance based role with a base salary and additional compensation based off recruiting metrics.
