Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group is a renowned business management firm serving high net-worth clients in the sports and entertainment industry. The Payroll Specialist will process payroll for 20+ clients weekly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all contracts, unions, and tax rules.

You will serve as the point of contact for payroll-related client inquiries. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, strong ADP expertise, and familiarity with multi-state, weekly and other pay

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of high-volume payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP and multi-entity payroll.
• Familiar with weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly pay periods.
• Entertainment payroll or multi-state union payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process in-coming payrolls (20+ weekly) following applicable agreements.
• Provide payroll production support and client issue resolution.
• Utilize payroll systems and generate reports (timecard, fringe, cast list).
• Maintain accurate files for each client/show per policy.
• Manage client relationships during weekly payroll processing.
• Perform related duties as assigned and review timecards for accuracy.
• Calculate overtime, deductions, and bonuses with HRIS.
• Ensure deadlines are met and respond to payroll questions.
• Run quarterly and year-end payroll reports as requested.
