Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Adobe Acrobat knowledge preferred.
• Basic understanding of App functionality a plus.

Responsibilities

• Notifies winners via e-mail and phone and coordinates prize awards.
• Assist with planning and preparation of promotions and advertising materials.
• Documents patron participation including names, phone numbers and e‑mail addresses.
• Assists with the set up and display of advertising items.
• Assists as needed at special events.
• Works closely with PSG team to drive results and manage promotional items, invoices, data entry, and contract filing.
• Works with Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing to support Account Managers and Sales in the field.
• Light clerical work: filing, envelope stuffing, faxing, copying.
• Collaborates with other departments as needed.
