Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in Illinois.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Two+ years of management experience in high-volume settings, casino preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maneuver in all outlets including food and beverage areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BASSET training after hire.

Responsibilities

• Foster Bally's Born to Entertain environment with a fun atmosphere.
• Promote guest-centric culture and build long-lasting guest relations.
• Direct controls for all outlets to be profitable while maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal alcohol requirements.
• Complete performance evaluations on time and maintain files.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Counsel, guide, train and instruct assigned personnel.
• Develop staffing schedules to maximize service levels and productivity.
• Hire, train and manage staff per standards and policies.
• Maintain high food, service and health and safety standards.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and resolve issues.
• Inspect outlets for compliance with health and safety standards.
• Control labor and operating expenses.
• Schedule and direct staff in work assignments.
• Seek new methods to promote the restaurant and property.
• Maintain high visibility during peak periods.
• Ensure guests receive superior service.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
