Bally’s Interactive is seeking a restaurant/food and beverage leader in the Chicago area to manage outlets, uphold Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will direct staff, schedule shifts, monitor costs, and maintain safety standards while promoting the property’s overall experience.

The role requires 21+ years, a gaming license eligibility, and prior high-volume management (casino preferred). A flexible schedule and BASSET-approved training are required.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ and eligible for Illinois gaming license.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in high-volume settings; casino experience preferred.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to move in all areas of assigned outlets and service areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service and BASSET training after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a fun, entertaining atmosphere aligned with Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy.
• Promote guest-centric culture and build long-lasting guest relations.
• Direct development and administration of controls for assigned outlets to be profitable.
• Adhere to all state and federal alcohol serving requirements.
• Maintain performance evaluations and file records.
• Gather guest feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Counsel, train, and guide assigned personnel.
• Develop staffing schedules to maximize service and productivity.
• Hire, train, and manage staff per standards and policies.
• Maintain high food, service, and health and safety standards.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and resolve issues.
• Inspect outlets to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Control labor and operating expenses.
• Schedule and direct staff for work assignments.
• Seek new methods to promote the restaurant and property.
• Maintains high visibility during peak periods.
• Ensure guests receive superior service.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
