Job summary

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a high-volume family entertainment center, including bowling, food & beverage, and arcade. You will drive revenue, manage costs, hire and train staff, and ensure guest service levels exceed expectations.

The role requires leadership of a salaried management team of 8-10 and supervision of 120-150 hourly team members, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in general management.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage costs including labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and corporate goals.
• Ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Analyze P&L and oversee department managers to hit revenue goals; implement upselling opportunities and proper transaction processes.
• Train and manage department managers to ensure product and guest service standards.
• Collaborate with department managers and corporate staff on revenue-driving initiatives including league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotions.
• Lead a salaried management team of 8-10 and oversee 120-150 hourly team members.
