Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead a high-volume, family-focused center. The role covers bowling, food & beverage, and arcade, with accountability for overall operations, revenue and cost objectives, and team leadership.

You will supervise a salaried management team of 8–10 and 120–150 hourly staff, develop location goals, ensure policy adherence, and drive revenue through promotions and upselling.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in general management.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in managing labor and other costs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals.
• Ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Analyze P&L and supervise department managers to meet revenue goals; ensure proper cash handling and upselling.
• Train and manage department managers to maintain product and guest service standards.
• Collaborate with department managers and corporate staff on revenue-driving initiatives including league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotions.
• Lead a salaried management team of 8–10 and oversee 120–150 hourly staff to exceed guest expectations.
