Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Workday transformations across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and more, coordinating global teams through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring governance, risk management, and executive communications. The role emphasizes delivery excellence and business value realization in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or cloud transformations.
• 5+ years of experience managing Workday implementation, deployment, enhancement, or AMS engagements.
• Experience managing multi-country Workday deployments.
• Strong governance and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations and AMS engagements.
• Manage scope, budget, resource planning, timelines, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional Workday teams including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Finance, Integrations, Reporting, Security, and Data Conversion workstreams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, solution reviews, UAT, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Drive alignment between business requirements, Workday leading practices, and organizational transformation objectives.
• Lead project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, executive status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project health through KPIs, RAID logs, quality reviews, and financial management reporting.
