MODEA is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive multi-phase enterprise web modernization initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, budget and staffing, guiding cross-functional teams and multi-vendor alignment to ensure strategic outcomes.

You will serve as the bridge between delivery and client leadership, manage risk, and mentor teams while maintaining high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of progressive project/product management in tech engagements.
• Proven enterprise modernization track record (web redesigns, migrations).
• Deep knowledge of Jira for roadmapping, dependencies, releases.
• Agile expertise (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) in modern software.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through end-to-end digital transformations.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment.
• Manage client stakeholder expectations and executive communications.
• Guide organizational change management and risk planning.
• Maintain product backlogs and plan releases with Product Owners.
