Job summary

Modea is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to guide multi-phase Enterprise Web Modernization initiatives in the Virginia area and beyond. The role blends agile product development with proactive risk management and executive-level client advisory to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, own scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client leadership to ensure flawless

Qualifications

• PMP certification is strictly required.
• 7+ years of progressive project/product management experience leading complex technology engagements.
• Enterprise Modernization Track Record: leading large-scale web redesigns or digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through end-to-end digital transformations, owning scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment.
• Provide executive-level client advisory and proactive risk management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Guide client leaders through change and manage stakeholder expectations throughout engagements.
