Job summary

Majesco in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software delivery programs across large client engagements. This role requires strong client partnership, financial discipline, and cross-functional leadership to keep programs on track, on budget, and aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software implementation programs.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and delivery performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of complex enterprise software implementation projects across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate effectively at both working-team and executive levels.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, escalations, and change control activities.
• Drive proactive communication across internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
• Track and manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing, accounts receivable, WIP tracking, earned/non-earned revenue models, and cost controls.
• Coordinate closely with Solution, Engineering, QA, Product, Cloud Operations, Security, Training, and Finance teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI planning sessions, and scrum activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, JIRA tracking, SharePoint artifacts, and resource hours management.
• Guide project teams through issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Support leadership teams with project status reporting, steering committee updates, and delivery readiness reviews.
