Job summary

Modea is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to steer multi-phase enterprise web modernization initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment, serving as the bridge between technical delivery and client leadership.

Strong risk management and executive communication are essential. You will guide agile product development, maintain product backlogs, and collaborate with product owners and technical leads to deliver high-quality, on-time

Qualifications

• PMP certification is strictly required.
• 7+ years of progressive project/product management experience leading complex technology engagements in a client-facing or agency setting.
• Enterprise modernization track record with large-scale web redesigns or digital transformations.
• Deep working knowledge of Jira and Jira Advanced Plans for roadmapping, dependencies, and release tracking.
• Agile frameworks experience (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) in modern software environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through end-to-end digital transformations, owning scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment.
• Provide executive-level client advisory and clear project updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect budgets and schedules.
• Manage project backlogs, plan software releases, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work.
• Oversee budgets and scope, and take action to prevent cost overruns.
