InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Mississippi Division of Medicaid website modernization, overseeing a Drupal-driven redesign, content migration, accessibility compliance, testing, and the production launch. You will collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery from Jackson with remote collaboration.

The role requires coordinating content audits, governance, and staff training while ensuring ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end website redesigns for government or large organizations.
• Proven ability to manage 100+ page website modernization projects.
• Hands-on experience with content migration and content strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead website redesign and information architecture efforts.
• Coordinate content audits, migration, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Ensure ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
• Oversee QA, UAT, launch readiness, and vendor deliverables.
• Establish web governance, workflows, and staff training.
• Track project status, risks, issues, and decisions.
