Modea's Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead drives multi-phase Enterprise Web Modernization engagements, balancing agile delivery with proactive risk management and executive advisory.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, own scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and vendor alignment, while guiding clients through change and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes aligned to strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project/product management experience leading complex technology engagements in a client-facing or agency setting.
• Enterprise Modernization Track Record: Proven history of leading large-scale enterprise web redesigns, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Tooling Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Jira and Jira Advanced Plans for roadmapping, dependency mapping, and release tracking.
• Agile Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) within modern software engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through end-to-end digital transformations.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment.
• Proactively manage risks and guide organizational change management for clients.
• Communicate clearly with client executives and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and grow internal project management standards and delivery frameworks.
