Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of enterprise voice and unified communications.
- Minimum 3 years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
- Understanding of cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware technologies.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support enterprise voice applications and related infrastructure.
- Develop automation for monitoring, health checks, and alerting.
- Assist with upgrades, remediation, and change controls.
- Document configurations and workflows; maintain runbooks and SOPs.
- Collaborate with Voice Engineering, Network, Infra, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
