Network Designs, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Voice Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations, maintenance, modernization, and continuous improvement of a large-scale enterprise telecommunications environment.

This onsite role ensures the availability, reliability, and performance of voice services, including SIP-based networks, VOIP, and UC platforms, while collaborating with engineering, cyber, and program teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; equivalent experience allowed.
• Minimum 8 years in enterprise telecommunications/voice/UC environments.
• Experience with large-scale production voice platforms and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support and maintenance of enterprise telecommunications and voice infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of voice and unified communications services.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify service degradation, outages, and operational risks.
