Job summary

Truist seeks an Associate Enterprise Voice Technology and Integration Engineer in Raleigh, NC to support Enterprise Voice applications, platforms, and integrations. You will monitor, maintain, and automate health checks, alerts, and data collection while reducing manual effort through scripting and tooling.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

• Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization for high availability.
