Job summary

Truist is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer in Atlanta to design, automate, validate and improve enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud and hybrid environments. You will build automation with Ansible, Terraform and Python, plus observability dashboards in Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure reliability and recoverability.

You’ll collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams to embed non‑functional requirements into reusable engineering patterns and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infra technologies across cloud, network, database, storage, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.
• Automate, validate, and improve infrastructure with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop telemetry and observability with Splunk, Dynatrace, and related tools.
• Provide guidance during design reviews, build-readiness, and production-readiness activities.
• Lead remediation and incident response efforts; mentor junior engineers.
