Job summary

RMantra Solutions Inc. is seeking a telecoms engineer to maintain a large, resilient IP voice/video network. You will configure and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC, and Avaya Aura while ensuring security and policy compliance.

You will analyze SIP signaling and call flows to resolve complex issues, perform fault analysis on voice routes, and support capacity planning and firewall services across distributed sites.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience (or an equivalent combination).
• Active Secret security clearance is required (or ability to obtain).
• DoD 8750 IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP telephony, voice, video and data network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot calling search spaces, route plans, and device profiles.
• Configure Cisco/Juniper routing and switching devices; support distributed firewall infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical policy, work instructions and reporting for the enterprise IP telephony network.
• Analyze SIP signaling and call-flow to resolve complex issues; perform fault analysis on voice subscribers and routing rules.
• Validate change requests and ensure accuracy; support capacity planning and configuration changes.
• Collaborate on QoS, SRTP usage and codec handling (G.711/G.729) as applicable.
