Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with enterprise transformation focus.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SAP transformations.
• Strong experience in data migration, integration, and digital architecture.
• Experience managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships.
• Program Architecture, Project Governance, Project Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned to business goals.
• Define transformation roadmap and drive process standardization.
• Establish governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Oversee program execution, milestones, risks, and SAP Activate/Agile.
• Advise CXOs, aligning SAP outcomes with business objectives.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration across business, IT, and partners.
• Oversee data migration, cutover planning, change readiness, benefits realization.
• Own program financials, SOWs, and vendor management.
