• Drive high-priority initiatives with direct visibility to GT SU NA leadership, ensuring clear structure and measurable outcomes.
• Structure complex topics by analyzing information, identifying risks and dependencies, and preparing clear recommendations.
• Influence senior stakeholders across functions, establishing ownership and timelines while addressing execution barriers.
• Prepare executive-level materials, leadership reviews, and management presentations with concise insights.
• Consolidate status, performance, dependencies, risks, and escalation topics for leadership reporting and timely decisions.
• Track ownership, timing, risks, dependencies, and actions through to closure, improving decision-making processes.
