Job description

The Senior Director, SAP Program Manager, will lead strategic global SAP transformation programs for a multinational energy technology organization focused on electrification, industrial automation, digital industries, intelligent infrastructure, and digital transformation.

The role carries end-to-end responsibility for program strategy, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, business transformation, and the successful delivery of large-scale SAP initiatives spanning multiple countries, business units, and manufacturing locations.

The individual will act as the primary executive interface between customer leadership, business stakeholders, SAP ecosystem partners, and delivery organizations while ensuring the successful realization of transformation objectives.

The SAP practice emphasizes delivery excellence, program assurance, governance, risk reviews, quality management, and predictable customer outcomes throughout the entire program lifecycle.
