Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks an experienced Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation programs. You will partner with senior leadership to define an integrated program roadmap, drive governance, and ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and risk management while coordinating across functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience leading people in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to establish governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Portfolio Management: partner with senior leadership to translate the strategic vision into a cohesive, actionable portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Proactively communicate a holistic view of active work to identify gaps, capacity constraints, and resourcing needs.
• Program Execution & Delivery: oversee multiple concurrent transformation initiatives to ensure scope, timelines, and outcomes are met.
• Drive cross-functional teams to hit milestones and ensure quality and timeliness of delivery.
• Facilitate governance with early stakeholder engagement for complete scoping.
• Champion change management practices to enable adoption of new initiatives.
• Measurement & Reporting: define, track, and communicate program KPIs, OKRs, and risks.
• Manage portfolio-level budget and financial forecasts; provide updates to senior leadership.
• Lead operational and executive reviews to drive rapid decisions and accountability.
• Other duties as assigned.
