Job summary

QTS Data Centers, a global digital infrastructure leader, seeks an Enterprise Enablement Program Director to lead end-to-end transformation programs that reshape operating models and capabilities.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable programs, drive governance, change management, and KPIs, and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years enterprise program management in a large corporate setting.
• Experience leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an integrated portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Communicate a holistic view of active work to identify gaps and resource needs.
• Provide oversight across concurrent initiatives, flag risks, and escalates when needed.
• Drive cross-functional teams to milestones with accountability for quality and timeliness.
• Facilitate governance to ensure complete scoping with key stakeholders.
• Champion change management for successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Define, track, and report program KPIs and risks; manage portfolio budgets.
