Job summary

Travel 80-100% is expected as you collaborate across functions, mentor teams, and deliver end-to-end transformations leveraging Accenture’s AI-enabled capabilities and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
• Experience in data analysis and insights generation.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
