Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design or Operating Model Strategy & Design.
• Experience in Shared Services Design and Client Relationship management.
• Strong storytelling and data analysis capabilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and roadmaps to deliver change.
• Design future-proof enterprise operating models embracing new skills.
• Lead teams using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Develop client relationships as a trusted expert and influencer.
• Travel as required, 80% – 100%.
