Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to partner with Boards and CEOs to co-create future operating models and strategies. You will guide enterprise transformations from strategy to execution, mentor teams, and drive value realization through data-driven insights.

The role requires 7+ years in strategy/design consulting, a Bachelor's degree, and 80–100% travel. Expect to work across diverse industries with a strong emphasis on GenAI, agile methods, and shared services design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in organization strategy, design, operating model design or related fields.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel 80–100%.
• Experience with digital transformation, GenAI, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and the roadmap to deliver change.
• Design future-proof, agile operating models that embrace future work and new skills.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead teams to derive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required (80%–100%).
