Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, or Shared Services Strategy & Design.
• Experience in Client Relationship Building and Management, Value Architecture & Realization, Storytelling, and Data analysis & insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver change.
• Design future-proof operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
• Lead teams and mentor junior members to deliver work with impact.
• Travel as required, 80%–100%.
