Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned professional to partner with senior leaders on enterprise reinvention. You will design agile operating models, enable cross-functional teams, and drive data-based decisions across complex programs.

You will lead end-to-end transformations, mentor junior members, and travel 80–100% as needed to deliver outcomes for clients. A strong consulting background and strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions to these challenges and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile and resilient enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations from the top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate shared service / global business services methods as a key enabler of new operating models.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization.
• Lead teams to drive insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
