Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation through strategy, operating models, and shared services design. You will partner with C-suite clients to shape roadmaps, prove value, and mentor teams across functions.

Expect travel 80–100% as you guide end-to-end transformations, integrating data, AI, and analytics to deliver measurable improvements and lasting competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organization strategy and design, operating model design, or related areas.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions to these challenges, the value of these solutions, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models.
• Build organizations from the top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate advanced shared service / global business services methods as a key enabler of new operating models.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation to optimization.
• Integrate across Accenture to bring best thinking across technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics.
• Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted expert and influencer.
• Harvest and build thought leadership, assets, and best practices.
• Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity.
• Mentor junior members of the team and travel as required (80% - 100%).
