Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategy and design professional to partner with senior leaders on enterprise operating model transformations. You will guide end-to-end programs from strategy through design and activation, delivering measurable value through data-driven insights and innovative ways of working. Travel will be required.

You will mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, and analytics to achieve holistic change at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design or related fields.
• Experience in Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services, and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to communicate and tell a compelling story with data.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models that embrace the future of work and skills.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead teams in delivering insights and recommendations using data models and visualization.
