Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise value creation through multi-functional integration and separation programs. You will lead Day 1 readiness, TSA design and exit planning, and partner across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk and Legal to deliver tangible business benefits.

The role emphasizes structured problem-solving, governance, and strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or related cross-functional roles.
• Prior business partnership experience.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for integration and separation programs across functions (Day 1 readiness through steady state/exit).
• Drive end-to-end integration workplans (Day 1, 30/60/90, synergy capture) and separation workplans (TSA design, transition, and exit).
• Establish and facilitate governance, RAID management, change control, and cross-functional dependency management.
