Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Financial Systems Implementation Lead to drive enterprise financial systems deployments, including ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Digital Technology, vendors, and partners to translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions across a global, matrixed organization.

The role requires hands-on implementation leadership, governance discipline, and the ability to foster cross‑functional alignment and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance or engineering required.
• 7+ years leading enterprise system implementations with ERP/financial platforms.
• 10+ years in implementation methodologies, SDLC, and governance.
• Experience with multi-project, cross-functional delivery in global settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Drive testing, cutover planning, go-live, and post‑go-live support.
