Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City (New Jersey) is seeking a Program Manager - Associate Director to lead enterprise-wide Digital Asset Solutions initiatives. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, coordinate across business, technology, and operations, and ensure delivery health and benefits realization.

You will mentor project managers, manage risks, dependencies, and financials, and present executive-level updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Expertise with Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Expertise with program / portfolio management tooling (e.g., Jira, Planview) and disciplined use of delivery artifacts.
• Demonstrated proficiency developing executive-level materials and narratives.
• Experience with digital assets and/or blockchain technology and products a plus.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Scrum Lead certification or experience is a plus, including hands-on experience facilitating Agile execution, dependency management, and program-level delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program reporting and delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Translate objectives into cohesive program roadmaps and manage interdependencies.
• Serve as the primary accountability for program risks, issues, financials, and delivery health.
• Lead and coordinate project managers and workstream leads.
• Engage senior leaders to shape scope and enable timely decisions.
• Prepare and deliver executive level communications and risk analyses.
• Apply PMI best practices for Complex Program Management.
• Drive change adoption at scale by embedding outcomes into operations.
• Mentor and develop project management talent within EPMO.
• Partner with portfolio leaders to balance delivery rigor and evolving needs.
