Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role focuses on process excellence, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation across SG&A and transactional functions.

You will lead cross-functional improvements, leverage process mining, and partner with Solution Architecture to deliver measurable business outcomes and establish enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and/or business transformation initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Identify waste, variation, and handoffs through observation and data analysis.
• Design AI-enabled and automated workflows aligned with Lean principles.
