Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader to drive enterprise transformation across ERP and transactional functions. This founding role centers on the Eaton Transaction System (ETS) with Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled workflows to improve cost, speed, and quality.

You will build standards, enable process intelligence, and collaborate with Solution Architecture to deliver measurable business outcomes across P2P, Q2C, R2R, and H2R value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced certs welcome.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred with proven coaching experience.
• 10+ years leading process improvement/transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across transactional functions from problem identification to sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and handoffs.
• Establish process visibility and baselines; identify previously unmeasured work.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions, not symptoms.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV/DFSS) to redesign workflows and improve control.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, validate outcomes, and implement governance and controls.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align process, technology, and systems.
• Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed, risk, and productivity.
• Coach leaders in continuous improvement and build capability across teams.
