Job summary

Clark Pacific, based in West Sacramento, CA, seeks a Manager, Training & Development to own enterprise-wide training strategy and lead a team across locations. You will partner with executive leadership and department heads to create programs that strengthen leadership, onboarding, safety compliance, and workforce readiness.

You will oversee budgets, learning management systems, and external vendors while driving continuous improvement and measurable business impact across engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive leadership experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing, construction, engineering, or operations-focused environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement leadership and workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide training and development strategy.
• Lead and develop Training & Development professionals across locations.
• Design and improve onboarding, safety, compliance, and operational training programs.
