The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with 10+ years in manufacturing and escalating responsibilities; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with escalating responsibility.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, address, improve, and sustain operational effectiveness across the manufacturing process.
• Develop a culture of accountability and continuous learning within project teams.
• Coach staff, mentor succession planning, and develop leaders for a growing business.
• Present business cases for automation and new equipment investments.
