Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations or training.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content for company training programs, workshops, and orientations for all employees.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs using performance results.
• Suggest and implement adjustments to training methods and content to ensure effectiveness and alignment with policies.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training attendees for content improvement.
• Develop and create course content for lesson plans and training aids.
• Other duties as assigned.
