Job summary

Nebius is seeking a structured Technical Program Manager to coordinate Post-Sales execution in the United States. You will ensure smooth Pre-Sales to Post-Sales transitions, manage customer architectures, dependencies, and ownership, and drive operational improvements with engineers, product, and support teams.

Key focus areas include translating requirements into execution plans, maintaining Jira workflows and dashboards, and delivering clear customer health insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking).
• Ability to translate requirements into structured execution plans.
• Experience coordinating across Engineering, Product, architects and other technical teams.
• Advanced Jira experience with boards, workflows, dashboards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to read/write technical cloud infra docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical execution across US Post-Sales customers with clear plans, dependencies, risks, ownership and status.
• Own and improve the Pre-Sales to Post-Sales transition, including architecture, requirements, dependencies and handover.
• Partner with architects/engineers to translate production requirements into execution plans and identify gaps.
• Proactively identify weaknesses in Post-Sales processes and design improvements.
• Build and maintain reporting on customer health, issues, risks, blockers, capacity and initiatives.
• Own and improve Jira boards, workflows, automation, dashboards and reporting.
• Create and maintain processes, playbooks, templates and operational docs.
