SupportFinity™ is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Programs to oversee a team of Technical Program Managers. This role involves leading teams, ensuring alignment across departments, and delivering successful tech programs.

The candidate should have a strong technical program management background, be passionate about improving consumer finance, and have proven skills in developing teams. The base pay ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on location.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing technical program management teams.
• 7+ years of experience program managing technical implementations.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Technical Program Managers.
• Develop OKRs and ensure quality program management.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to manage project schedules.
