Job summary

Bird Electric Enterprises seeks an Enterprise Tooling Program Manager to lead the strategic program for tooling and asset management across its operations. You will own governance, inventory accuracy, lifecycle management, and budgeting, partnering with vendors and regional teams to optimize tool utilization and cost.

You will drive standardized tooling practices, maintain data integrity in asset systems, and deliver actionable reporting to leadership while supporting safe and efficient field

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience in tooling or asset management.
• Background in materials/tooling management and inventory control.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise tooling strategy and governance across sites.
• Standardize tooling policies and operating practices regionally.
• Oversee tool management, inventory visibility, and lifecycle processes.
• Manage budgets, capital plans, and vendor relationships.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for tool investments and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align tooling resources.
