Siemens Energy in Mount Pleasant, PA seeks a strategic leader for enterprise tooling systems. You will own tooling data lifecycle, drive analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions across warehouse, field service, and tooling operations.

The role emphasizes data governance, KPI development, and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and supply chain operations, including SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying, including subqueries, query optimization, indexing, pivoting, and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Expert‑level Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas (e.g., HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, arrays), data modeling, and macro development; VBA programming experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic leader for enterprise-wide tooling systems and initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and optimize data architecture and operational systems for tooling operations.
• Analyze operational processes, systems, and equipment to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement system-related initiatives and improve procedures.
• Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction using data-driven insights across warehouse, field service, and tooling operations.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities and develop employees.
