Job summary

Aerospace Manufacturing Program Manager – Tooling is sought to oversee complex aerospace tooling and manufacturing programs from customer kickoff through final delivery. This hands-on role coordinates between customers and internal teams including Engineering, Tool Building, Machining, Fabrication, Purchasing, and Quality.

The ideal candidate has aerospace manufacturing experience, strong scheduling, cost control, and a proven ability to manage requirements through production and delivery while

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Tooling, Machining and Quality.
• Familiarity with AS9100/AS9100D or equivalent quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace tooling and manufacturing programs from kickoff to final delivery.
• Establish and maintain program schedules, milestones and priorities.
• Monitor progress and report status to customers and management.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Tool Building, Machining, Fabrication, Quality and Purchasing.
• Track budgets, labor, materials, resources and overall program performance.
• Identify risks and communicate issues to management.
