Job summary

Bird Electric Enterprises, a Black & Veatch company, seeks an Enterprise Tooling Program Manager to lead the enterprise tooling and asset management program. You will own tooling strategy, budgeting, vendor management, and system integrity across regional locations, ensuring inventory visibility, lifecycle planning, and cost optimization while partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

• Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience.
• Materials/Tooling management background.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise‑wide Tooling Program strategy.
• Establish and maintain standardized tooling policies across regions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tooling operations and tool management initiatives.
• Provide leadership to regional Tool Coordinators.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost management.
