Qualifications

• Experience managing aerospace tooling and manufacturing programs.
• Strong understanding of program scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate Engineering, Tool Building, Machining, Fabrication, Quality, and Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace tooling and manufacturing programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Establish and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and report status to customers and management.
• Track budgets, labor, materials, and resources; assess overall performance.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Tool Building, Machining, Fabrication, Quality, Purchasing.
• Identify constraints and escalate issues to management.
• Ensure clear communication of commitments throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100D and maintain program documentation.
